What impressed me most was her ability to recognize and describe deeper internal patterns in my psyche. She helped me get in touch with old pain and realize how much of that pain had actually remained unfelt. I felt that she was able to sense things on a deeper level and identify limiting patterns that I was aware of intellectually, but perhaps had not fully experienced or understood emotionally.
