Akashic Records Reading or Psychic Reading? Understanding the Difference

People often ask whether an Akashic Records Reading is the same as a psychic reading.

While there can be similarities, my experience is that they approach guidance from different perspectives.

A psychic reading may focus on a person's current circumstances, relationships, opportunities, challenges, or future possibilities.

An Akashic Records Reading can explore these areas too, but it often asks a different question.

Rather than focusing solely on what is happening, the Records tend to explore why it is happening.

For example, someone may come with a question about a relationship, career decision, or life challenge.

While the situation itself may be explored, the Records often reveal the deeper patterns, beliefs, or soul lessons influencing the experience.

The Records are also not primarily predictive. Rather than telling us what will happen or what we should do, they invite us to understand ourselves and our circumstances more deeply.

One of the understandings that often emerges is that when our awareness, choices, and perspective change, the future unfolding before us can change too.

Perhaps the simplest way I can describe it is this:

The Records don't necessarily change the subject. They change the depth of the conversation.

Sometimes they even provide an answer to a question you didn't know you needed to ask.

It is often through this deeper understanding that greater clarity, healing, and growth become possible.
