This looks at how Akashic Records readings work and what you can expect from a session.

So If you’re considering a reading, it’s natural to wonder what actually happens during a session.
Most people come with a question, a situation they’re trying to understand, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite sitting right.
There’s no need to prepare in a particular way or to have a clear outcome in mind.
Opening the Akashic Records
At the beginning of the session, I open the Records on your behalf, creating a space where insight and perspective can come through more clearly.
From there, it’s a calm and steady process, where we begin to explore what comes through.
How I Receive the Information from the Akashic Records
One of the questions people often have is how the information actually comes through.
In my experience, it’s usually quite simple.
It’s less about hearing or seeing something dramatic, and more like things coming into clearer focus.
At times, this can include visual or symbolic imagery—almost like a scene or impression that represents something that needs to be explored or understood.
These aren’t always literal.Sometimes they reflect something recognisable from your life, but often they highlight patterns, connections, or areas that may be out of balance.
It can also come through as:
a sense of knowing
words forming as I speak
or a clear understanding of patterns and connections
The focus isn’t so much on how it comes through, but on whether what comes through is relevant and meaningful for you.
How Akashic Records Readings Unfold
We begin with your question, or whatever feels most present.
From there, the reading unfolds according to what is most relevant for you at that time.
It’s a bit of a back-and-forth, where things begin to connect and make more sense as we go.
Often this involves:
seeing patterns more clearly
understanding why something is happening
recognising connections that weren’t obvious before
What comes through isn’t random. It tends to build on itself, with each part adding to a clearer understanding of what is most relevant for you to see.
This can help bring clarity to a situation, highlight a pattern, or gently shift something that has felt stuck.
Sometimes what comes through is very direct. Other times it’s more subtle, but still clear.
Going Deeper
At times, the reading may touch on:
earlier life experiences
long-standing emotional patterns
or what people understand as past life themes
This isn’t about going into story for its own sake.
It’s always brought back to what is happening in your life now, and what will be most useful for you to see or understand.
Final Thought
There’s no right or wrong way for a reading to take shape.
It doesn’t need to be dramatic to be meaningful.
Often, it’s the quieter clarity that stays with you and unfolds gradually over time.
Working with the Records
If you feel drawn to book a session, it’s usually for a reason.
You don’t need to have everything figured out, or even know exactly what to ask.A question can help—but it isn’t essential.
What matters more is a willingness to look at what’s ready to be seen.
Each session is led by what comes forward in the moment, at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.
