Discovering Clarity Through Akashic Records

Updated: May 6

At their core, I experience the Akashic Records as a soul healing modality.

I find they can go very deep, depending on each person’s openness.

Yes, you can come with a question in mind, and that will be addressed—things do become clearer.

But what I often see is that the Records tend to bring forward what is most relevant for you at that time.

Often, that’s the part people didn’t expect—but recognise once it’s there.

There can be moments where clients say, “I really didn’t see that coming up.”

There’s No Sense of Being Overwhelmed

One of the things I like and trust most about the Records is that they never overwhelm.

They don’t push further than someone is comfortable with.

And that’s not because there isn’t more there.

It’s because more isn’t always what’s needed.

I’ve had readings where information wasn’t forthcoming—a clear sense of “not now.”

At the time, that can feel like something is being held back.

But looking at it more closely, it’s usually that what did come through was enough.

Enough to shift something.

Enough to be worked with.

Enough to land.

Because of that, the reading tends to meet you where you are.

Not where you think you should be, but where you actually are.

And that’s part of what allows something to change.

Expectations

A lot of people come expecting something bigger, or more revealing.

But what actually seems to create movement is often quite contained.

One piece of understanding.

One shift in perspective.

One pattern seen clearly enough that it doesn’t grip in the same way anymore.

Where the Healing starts to Happen

For me, the healing doesn’t really come from being told something new.

It’s more that something is seen in a way that actually lands.

Sometimes it’s very straightforward.

Seeing a pattern in a relationship you hadn’t quite recognised before.

Understanding why something has been difficult, and what might be sitting underneath it.

Realising you’ve been holding something in a way that isn’t actually needed anymore.

It’s not dramatic.

But something shifts.

Not in a big, obvious way,but in a way that continues after the reading has finished.

Working with the Records

If you feel drawn to book a session, it’s usually for a reason.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, or even know exactly what to ask.

A question can help—but it isn’t essential.

What matters more is a willingness to look at what’s ready to be seen.

Each session is led by what comes forward in the moment, at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.
